About Us
About our Pastor
Welcome to our community! At the heart of our church is Pastor Ian Harp, a man with an unwavering passion for missionary work and devotion to spreading the Gospel.
Pastor Ian Harp, alongside his devoted wife of 20 years, Toni, made a bold move from Florida to North Dakota to fulfill his calling of starting a new church community. A testament to his missionary spirit, Pastor Harp has devoted many years to serving on mission fields in foreign nations. Among the most impactful of these was his time spent in South Africa, where his commitment to service and sharing the teachings of Christ made a significant impact on the local communities.
With a heart filled with love for humanity, Pastor Harp's vision is not limited to just our local community. His deep-rooted desire is to see new churches planted and flourishing, bringing the transformative message of the Gospel to all corners of the earth. He ardently believes that through these efforts, we can reach out and bring solace to the lost.
Pastor Harp, together with Toni, welcomes you to our church with open hearts. Whether you're new to faith or looking to deepen your spiritual journey, Pastor Harp's compassionate guidance promises a safe and nurturing environment to explore, question, and grow your faith.
We invite you to join us in our journey of faith, led by Pastor Ian Harp, as we aim to spread the light of the Gospel in Dickinson and beyond.
We are a SEND NETWORK church that preaches and teaches the Truth.
We are a church that loves our community and people all because we love Jesus!
What we believe
Biblical Authority: We believe in the divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Bible. It is the complete and final revelation of God to humanity and is our guide in matters of faith and conduct.
Triune God: We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
Humanity's Fall and Redemption: We believe that humanity, created in the image of God, fell into sin and is therefore lost. Only through accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and being born again by the Holy Spirit, can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
Baptism: We believe in the ordinance of baptism by immersion in water for believers as a testimony of their faith in Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit: We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and empowers believers, enabling them to live godly lives.
The Church: We believe that the church, the body of Christ, is composed of all persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit.
The Resurrection: We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to eternal life with God, and the lost to eternal separation from Him.
Christ's Commandment: We believe in fulfilling Christ's commandment to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to observe His commandments.
